MSP Ignition runs as a fixed 12-month cohort cycle with mentorship, peer cohort sessions, Global Syncs, and milestone check-ins. Cohorts are capped at 10 to 15 members. Groups are kept small so peer relationships are real, with members placed in non-competing geographies and non-overlapping verticals wherever possible.
